Experience and Education:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Minimum of 1 year of Parts Experience- Heavy Equipment experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfills customer orders
  • Knowledge of equipment from all DMI carrier brands
  • Maintains a high level of customer service through in-person interaction and phone calls
  • Analyzes stocks, estimates usage, and prepares order forms
  • Troubleshoot customer parts problems and identify solutions
  • Create an environment of efficiency and enjoyment

About the company: Diesel Machinery, Inc. (DMI) traces its roots back to the J.L. Healy Construction Company, which incorporated in South Dakota in 1932. For 57 years the company concentrated on Highway Construction, and Utility work within the Midwest. DMI was formed in 1982.
